Tai Chi

This series of classes will focus on the traditional Sun Form of Tai Chi as created by Sun Lu Tang. The sun style is excellent for balance, flexibility of the hip joint, cardiovascular health and energy flow. Qi Gong exercises will be an integral part of the class. Guidance in meditative calmness as well as learning the form is our intention.

Qigong/Tai Chi

This series of classes will offer the meditative practice of Qi Gong and the Small Circle Yang form of Tai Chi. Both practices work to coordinate breathing, physical motion and mental awareness. Joints, muscles, internal organs and energy systems are affected by slow circular movements working with gravity and initiated from the center. Daily practice of Qi Gong and Tai chi quiets the mind, aligns the body and resonates in the spirit.

Sensory Awarness
