ART
Handprints 45 minutes, 4th floor

A time for toddlers to experience the joy of art. Let your child's imagination come alive through painting, gluing, drawing, cutting, and sculpting in a fun, safe, dress-fora-mess environment.
Family Handprints 45 minutes, 4th floor
Taught by Sharon Kelly, all ages
(with adult)
Cool down with late afternoon creative play in the art studio for all your children to participate together. No age separation, you can bring all the children to the same class for projects and individual discoveries.
Advance Handprints 45 minutes, 4th floor
Taught by Cindy Schaffer & Lesley Countryman, 3+ years

The next step up after graduation from Handprints, when your child is ready for a drop-off! A new project offered every week, along with free time for individual play in the studio. Permission from instructor required.

Taught by Denise LaDonne
Our movement classes are designed to introduce our youngest movement and activities enthusiasts to the fine motor skills involved in creative movement and dance. Appropriate skills are tapped into with music, movement, song, rhythm and rhyme to help develop coordination as well as the right and left brain. The use of scarves, balls, equipment and parachute are a part of the process for each child. Classes are organized according to age level:
SPORTS
Kickin' and Tossin' 45 minutes, Gym
Taught by Coach Fher, 3 years
(with parent/caregiver nearby)
A time to introduce our youngest sports-minded children to the wonders of team play. General skill building activities include taking turns, tossing and kicking balls, relay, and spatial relations.
MUSIC
Playin' the Sounds 45 minutes, Daniel Russell Room
Taught by Vibe Normann-Clausen, 18 mos - 3 yrs+
(with parent/caregiver)
Program to develop musical enjoyment and skills in pre-school children. Includes the development of rhythmic sense, pitch retention, singing, eurhythmics, reading music, and familiarity with instruments.
Group Piano 30 minutes, Daniel Russell Room
Taught by Vibe Normann-Clausen, 3 yrs+
(drop off with approval of instructor)
Introduce students to musical language, theory and technique, while playing an instrument and building self-confidence. A great foundation. Classes conducted in groups of 3.
